7 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

At EYEDEALOGY, we guarantee the quality of our contact lenses 100%! We stand by our quality promise and therefore no returns are required! However, if you find that your purchase does not fit you as well as you like it, simply contact us for a replacement.

 

Customers are eligible for a replacement within 7 business days. All returns must be in full packaging and in good original condition. For contact lenses, security tags must be in place.

 

Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees for unwanted (change of mind) items. All refunds can be in form of Gift Card (as store credit) that can be used for your next purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

We are happy to cancel any orders that has not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately at eyesmatter@eyedealogy.sg, we’ll be glad to help.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

We do entertain all replacement requests.However, please bear in mind the following:

 

  • Only unopened boxes are eligible for replacement
  • Return charges to be borne by customer and customer is required to send the product back to us with full packaging and un-opened boxed.
  • We do not accept returns for products which are broken or delivered incorrectly.
  • The value of the replacement lenses has to be of the same or equal value as the previous Order. No refunds will be given for orders which are of lower value.
  • We do not cover return shipping fees for unwanted (change of mind) items.

Contact Lenses Note: In the event that you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for analysis. If the contact lens manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same brand and type of contact lenses and prescription.
